I’m Becky Vanderburg, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Practitioner. I help people build strength, confidence, and consistency through virtual personal training, nutritional coaching, and myofascial release–informed programming, all from the comfort of your home.
My approach comes from real life. I’ve been through many trials and tribulations, and I made a commitment years ago to live a clean, healthy lifestyle—physically, mentally, and spiritually. That journey changed my life, and now I share what I’ve learned to help others do the same.
